Are you ready to add a splash of color to the ROC Pride Picnic 2025? Our vendor, sponsor and volunteer opportunities are designed just for you! Join us as we come together to celebrate love, inclusion, and diversity in a fabulous way that only our LGBTQIS+ community can!
Volunteer Opportunities
🌈The application below is to sign up for the 53nd Annual ROC Pride Picnic volunteering. The picnic starts at noon and goes until 6 pm. Volunteer duties might be as early as 7-8 am that day, or as late as 7 pm. Some volunteer assignments are PRIOR to Sunday, and some after the event. Come join us and make this day a great one for friends and family!
Some things to expect when volunteering:
Attending volunteer meetings prior to the event. Some light and potentially heavy lifting (up to 30 lbs). Setup and breakdown opportunities. Decorating, monitoring raffles, activity planning, and setting up tents and signage.

Bring your unique flair to our picnic! Our vibrant marketplace awaits local businesses, artists, and food vendors to showcase their products and services. Whether you serve up delicious bites, craft amazing goods, provide valuable information, or create one-of-a-kind art, there’s a spot just for you!
Craft Vendors: Sell your handmade goods that proudly represent our community.
Food Vendors: Delight taste buds with your culinary masterpieces that unite people.
Artisans: Share your creativity and passion with artwork that shines a light on love and acceptance.
